Even though the Kia Stinger is more than a year old now, it still feels like a new model in the lineup. The 2019 Kia Stinger is out, and it is mostly a carryover model from 2018, but it is still something that we have never seen from Kia before 2018.
By now you probably know that the Kia Stinger is a powerful, high-performance sports sedan with a lot of horsepower. We’re here to compare its engine specs and other features to other cars. Let’s see how the 2019 Stinger matches up with the 2019 Nissan Altima.

As evident by our nifty table above, the 2019 Kia Stinger comes with plenty of modern technological features. With that said, its calling card is and always will be its impressive engine power. The Base and Premium trims come with a 255-horsepower, 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder engine. This engine is certainly fun to drive, but it is still a four-cylinder engine. Surely there has to be something more potent available. There sure is. The GT, GT1, and GT2 models of the 2019 Kia Stinger all come fitted with a 3.3-liter V-6 engine powered by 365 horses. This top engine option also puts out 376 lbs.-ft. of torque.
