Technology and Convenience Features for the 2018 Kia Optima

There is no doubt the 2018 Kia Optima is built with some amazing safety features, but that doesn’t mean the Optima doesn’t have its share in fun technology as well. Here are some of the more prominent technology and convenience features that you can add to your new Kia Optima.

Available Technology

Old metal keys are slowly becoming a thing of the past. Now, some grades of the Kia Optima offer a Smart Key with a push button start, which can free up your key chain, as well as help stop all the now unnecessary juggling as you try and open your car. You can also remotely start your car, so no need to venture outside before you go off to work.

Ever forget to switch your rearview mirror from day to night? You may not have to worry about that issue again. You can get the Auto Dimming Mirror with HomeLink and a digital compass for some trim levels. The HomeLink enables you to operate your garage door and home lights from your car, no need to turn on your house lights before you leave.
