The work week is temporarily over, and your kids are out of school. Now you are faced with an important question: where should you take them for spring vacation? Stay at home, or go somewhere? We’re here to help you out.
Where Can I Drive My Kia Soul?
You have a spacious Kia Soul, and a week off. Ever think about going on a small road trip? Well, if you want to get out of the house, but don’t want to go all the way to the other side of the country, a short road trip to a nearby state is a good option. Kentucky is always a hot spot for its Mammoth Caves, where you can go and explore underground tunnels and marvel at massive stalactites and the underground waterfalls.
West Virginia has some beautiful scenery, including New River Gorge National River, or for a more daring hike, you can visit the Blackwater Falls State Park for some epic photos of the waterfalls.
If you feel like travelling more north, Michigan has the Greatlakes Shipwreck Museum, or if you go to the Bear Cave Camping and Resort you’ll be around wonderful camping sites that are also pet friendly, if you have a dog to take with you.

Places in Ohio to Visit
If you are thinking about staying a bit closer to home, you can always check out the Cincinnati Museum Center, but if you wanted to keep outdoors and enjoy the spring weather, then Cuyahoga Valley’s National Park might be more interesting for you. Go ahead and strap a kayak or canoe to your Kia Soul for a day on the water, just remember life vests!
Furry friends are always fun for all ages, so checking out a zoo could make for a lively day, and any one of the numerous botanical gardens or parks could fill your day with greenery. If you are more into the science part of life, then the Cleveland Science Center might me an interesting place to stop.
We are looking forward to spring and hope you are too, just remember to drive safe and pack a lunch!
