Springfield’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve Ball Drop

If you’re looking for a fun way to celebrate the New Year’s Eve ball drop, stop by Mother Stewart’s Brewing at 102 West Columbia Street in Springfield, OH. This is a high-energy, feel-good celebration featuring live musical performances from Freakquency and Subterranean. Doors open at 8 PM. Performances start at 9 PM and go until 1 AM. Tickets are $15 at the door or $10 when paid in advance.

Cellist Michael Fitzpatrick Winter Solstice Concert

The Winter Solstice Concert, featuring acclaimed cellist Michael Fitzpatrick, will be held in nearby Yellow Springs, OH on Sunday, December 22nd. The concert will be located at House of AUM at 125 South Walnut Street. Entrance requires a donation, with a suggested price of $25. Proceeds benefit Millenia Music, a non-profit founded by Fitzpatrick. The concert begins at 6 PM and ends at 8 PM.
